CAMPEA reserves absolute discretion regarding acceptance, rejection, suspension or removal of any submission. Applicants must warrant that: information provided is accurate and not misleading; all applicable laws have been complied with; no material facts have been omitted; they possess authority to submit the opportunity; all fundraising activities comply with applicable securities and financial regulations. CAMPEA does not undertake verification, validation, due diligence or endorsement of submitted opportunities. Acceptance onto DealHub shall not constitute: approval; certification; recommendation; investment endorsement; regulatory clearance. Issuers remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and regulatory compliance of all materials submitted. Participation fees, listing fees, membership fees and platform access fees are payable irrespective of whether any investment, transaction or commercial outcome occurs.
