With a history of executive Leadership Across Africa, previously Pacôme served as Senior Director at Mediterrania Capital Partners, led investment functions at NSIA Participants S.A., and held senior roles at UBA Group and the BRVM, shaping robust capabilities in portfolio management, M&A, and financial advisory. He has foundations in audit & finance with an early career with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen—giving Pacôme a disciplined financial and analytical foundation that informs his rigorous investment approach. Pacôme Zahabi holds a Specialized Master’s degree in Audit & Consulting from the prestigious ESCP-EAP Business School in Paris, one of Europe’s leading business schools.
