Career Overview
Ntoudi Mouyelo is a distinguished finance executive renowned for his expertise in investment structuring, risk management, and international financial centre design. With over 20 years of leadership in financial markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa, his experience spans executive roles in Luxembourg and Singapore to foundational work shaping the Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC).
Ntoudi previously served as Country Managing Director of Wintrust in Singapore, overseeing regional financial services operations. His roles at Amicorp and as Executive Director at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg provided him with deep competence in corporate services and Asia-Pacific commercial operations. At the Ministry of Finance in Rwanda, he coordinated financial sector reforms critical to creating the KIFC platform.
As Chief Investment Officer at Rwanda Finance Limited, Ntoudi was instrumental in positioning Kigali as a hybrid financial hub — one that balances global standards with continental relevance. Since 2023, he has been the Managing Director at Mchezo Limited, a Kigali-based fintech investing in sports and gaming platforms across Africa, including the flagship brand betPawa. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of MC Square in Luxembourg, a regulated finance institution.
Education
Ntoudi holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Banking and Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance, complemented by an executive week at NYU Stern School of Business. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
